- All packages include up to 12 kids. Each additional child is $30, with a max of 24 kids.
- All parties includes Two Party Specialists
- All color-themed paper goods and decor are thoughtfully coordinated to create a cohesive, beautiful look.
- You will be contacted 2 weeks prior to your party to go over all the details.
- For safety and a smooth experience, all party guests must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout the celebration.
- Outside Food & Decor: To maintain quality and consistency, outside food is not permitted. All food must be ordered through Matcha + Minis and our approved vendors. Similarly, all decor must also be arranged through us to keep the aesthetic beautifully aligned.
- Outside food may be brought that is agreed upon in advance (it may not be delivered) with a $75 cleaning fee.
- Outside decor may be brought that is agreed upon in advance with a $250 cleaning fee.

- Grip socks for the kiddos and regular socks for adults are required in the cafe and in the play area to keep everyone safe. Forgot your socks? No problem! We’ve got them for you on-site, so you’re always ready for fun!
- Socks with brand names written in grip (e.g., Nike, Adidas, Cat Jack, Gap, etc.) are not considered grip socks. Grip Socks MUST have grips covering the ENTIRE bottom of the sock.
- Grippy socks are available for purchase on-site for $3.50 ea.

Matcha + Minis Party Cancellation Policy & Deposit Policy
The party package deposit is non-refundable and will be applied toward the balance of the party. The remaining balance must be paid in full on the day of the party.
Date and Time Changes If you need to reschedule your party, the new date and time must be arranged at least two weeks in advance. Changes requested less than two weeks before the party date will require an additional $500 deposit, which will also be applied toward the balance of the party after the event takes place. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our guests! If you have any questions, please contact us directly.
Birthday Celebrations at Matcha + Minis At Matcha + Minis, we love celebrating birthdays and making every child feel special! To ensure an inclusive, enjoyable experience for all of our guests, we kindly ask that birthday celebrations take place during our designated Birthday Party Time Slots.

Inclusive Environment: We want all children to feel equally welcomed and celebrated during their visit. Outside of party bookings, we maintain a space where every little one can enjoy their time without feeling left out.
Seamless Experience: Our party slots are designed to provide a dedicated, stress-free celebration with the perfect setup, from decorations to activities. Hosting birthdays exclusively during these times ensures each celebration gets the full attention it deserves.
Fairness & Consistency: To keep things fun and fair for all guests, we do not permit outside cakes, balloons, gifts, or party decorations during general play hours.
